Baby Jogger City Select 2

The City Select 2 stroller was released in the summer of 2021, replacing the previous City Select and City Select Lux strollers. It comes with 24 different seating options and is able to convert to triple strollers with the addition of a glider board (second seat and car seat separately). The stroller folds 20 percent smaller than its predecessors and weighs just five pounds less. It comes with a range of accessories, including an abdominal bar (included in the Eco Collection version), an additional seat, a parent console and a handmuff.

Our testers with parents liked the large storage basket that can hold a lot of equipment. The seats reclined effortlessly and there was enough space for kids to sit. The brake pedal on the back is easy to reach and operate with one hand. The stroller is larger and is more difficult to maneuver, but it is worth it for parents who prefer spacious strollers.

Another feature we like is that the City Select 2 is compatible with Baby Jogger, Britax, Graco, Chicco and Maxi-Cosi infant car seats (adapters are available separately). This means you can use a single pushchair with buggy board or double stroller from birth until long after toddlerhood.

This single running stroller is not cheap but it's probably the only stroller you'll have to purchase so if you can afford it we think it's worth the cost. Particularly considering the premium quality and sturdy construction. The finish is beautiful and the fabric connections feel strong without appearing like they are rumpled. The 5-point harness snaps effortlessly together, and has a few adjustments options and is suitable for children of any size. The seat cover is machine washable in cold water. The majority of test subjects found it easy to take off and replace.

Delta Children LX Side by Side

If you need a double stroller that is easy to carry and can fit into tight spaces it's the Delta Children LX Side by Side is a good option. This stroller weighs 20 lbs and comes with seats that can accommodate children up to 50 pounds each. Its large canopy protects against the elements of wind, sun, and rain, and the seats can recline for children their comfort. The stroller is slightly shorter than the majority of other strollers in our tests. It opens to a 29-inch wide, allowing it to fit in doors that are standard 30 inches.

The stroller was not rated highly in terms of user-friendliness in part because it's simple that there are no storage containers or deep recline on the seats, and there's a small cup holder for parents to use on the handlebars. During the tests, we evaluated the ease of being able to maneuver, turn, and fold the strollers. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 was the easiest to turn and push. The Mountain Buggy Nano took a little more effort, but it performed well in our tests.
